Research in Education
From the origin of the
universe up till now, man is on the continous
path of progress. His Journey on this path is in
process, Unrestrietedly. The fundamental base
of this journey and process is education of
research it bears the solution of the problems.
The study of the problems and their possible
solutions is the basic element of any research.
The continous progress of education brings with
it such plans also whose explanation is possible
only through research.
Research is the
golden key to open the doors of tremendous
possibilities of future. Govt. College of
education is in the process of research with
Teacher educators of M.Ed., by the instructions
of Rajya Shiksha Kendra Bhopal. This research
work is in progress since last 50 years, in the
Government college of Education, Ujjain.
In
the present context, it is not possible to

have an English cell work on :
1- English
language teaching with modern methodology.
2- Developing
good numbers of TLM with low cost/no cost
material for different levels of learning.
3- Writing
workshops for developing different teaching and
learning material.
4- Seminars,
Orientation and training programmes on
developing language skills.
5- New
innovations and problem solutions through
researches.
Cultural
Department
Under the provision of
cultural committee headed by Smt. Aruneshwari
Gautam, whole year activities and programs are
conducted.
In the beginning
of the session welcome program; presentation of
partriotic songs on independance day and its
celebrations are held. In the midst of the year
“Anti drug week” is celebrated from 2nd Oct.
under which various activities are held like
slogan writing, drawing, extempore etc.
Under the
provision of annual program towards the end of
the session activities like debate, Essay
writing , extempore Group song, Solo song, Quiz,
Monoact, Antakshri, Dance, Mehandi, Rangoli,
Alpana, Salad & Flower decoration, Hair styles
etc. are oraganised.
