Eureka Science Club 

        Science club was  being run since last many years with the intention of, developing Scientific  interest and attitude in the trainees of B.Ed. and M.Ed.; making use of science in day to day life, to prepare the students to improve and exihibit their sense of research and creativity; and to expertise them in the organization of the activities of science club and in conducting them. In the year 1994 ‘Science Club’ was introduced by new name, new nature and new activities and it became, “Eureka Science Club”.

          By the orders of state education centre the ‘Science club’ organized by govt. Education College Ujjain was given the status of community science club, under which it was made compulsory that all the Science Clubs organized by all the schools of Ujjain Division (Private/Govern./Middle/High/Higher Sec.) Should get their registration through community science club. After this registration only, they could be provided the opportunity of participating in the activities conducted by the science club of the state education institution, Jabalpur. All the science clubs of various schools of Ujjain division  can acquire registration with Eureka Science Club.

Activities of Eureka Club

          Every year activities are been conducted by the members of the Eureka Science club in association with the trainees of the college. In these, exihibition of Teaching Aids, programmes to eradicate superstitions, aurigamy speech. Brain storming programmes, Formation of puppet, Debate, Extempo, Quiz, Monthly Eureka Bulletin, Training for the preparation of  Low cost , No cost Teaching Aids, organization of Science fairs in Schools etc. are involved.
